Customer Service

Bend Testing

We offer bend testing for welder qualification and procedure qualification for a broad range of welding codes. We also provide flattening and flaring tests on pipe and tube.

Tensile Testing

Our tensile testing services provide accurate material strength, yield strength, elongation, reduction of area, and other key mechanical properties to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Charpy Impact Testing

We provide Charpy V-Notch Testing on standard and subsize specimens. We have the capabilities to test from -320°F to high temperature specimens to accurately evaluate material toughness across a wide range of service conditions as well as transition curve impacts.

Hardness Testing

The hardness capabilities we have include Brinell, Rockwell A, B, & C, and Vickers from 0.3KG to 30KG load. We offer a broad range of Vickers patterns as well as the ability to do any customer specific patterns if provided.

Heat Treating

We have two small kilns allowing us to do simulated heat treat on samples before testing when required. We are equipped to handle post weld heat treating, normalizing, water, oil, or air quenching, tempering, and step cooling. For other types of heat treating reach out to us for more information.

Tube-Sheet Testing

We provide ASME tube-sheet examination for Ag, Af, and Ac dimensions as well as push out load testing and tube-wall reduction measurements. We are set up to handle welded or un-welded tubes for pushout or examination.

Weld Procedures

We are a one stop shop for weld procedures. Give us a call and we can help determine the best material type and thickness to weld for the test to maximize your qualification range, we then do the bend and tensile testing required and any additional testing you may need. Then if desired we will also provide the written PQR and WPS.

Other Testing

We provide a broad range of services including visual testing, dye penetrant testing, UW-13 corner joint testing, fillet weld testing, stud weld testing and much more. If you are needing something not listed reach out to us and we will be happy to help.

Our Newest Addition

We are excited to announce we are now fully equipped to provide grain size analysis, ferrite point count, 3D imaging, and any other microscopic needs you may have. We added a Keyence VHX microscope to our line up, one of the most advanced metallurgical microscopes on the market, giving us access to the most up to date technology, ensuring you accurate and timely results.
